Forget-Me-Not Tree

Each November and December in communities across Grey-Bruce we hold what is our most personally touching and symbolic event. The Forget-Me-Not Tree campaign is an opportunity for individuals to help remember those who have been affected by Alzheimer's Disease.

It is fitting, at a time when families come together in love and fellowship to relive memories of family holidays past and to create new memories for the future, that we pay tribute to those who no longer have memories to cherish.

People are asked to show their support by symbolically buying a bulb on a tree for $5. During the Forget-Me- Not Tree campaign Alzheimer Society Volunteers will be out in various locations accepting donations and providing income tax receipts.

The Forget-Me-Not Trees create further awareness of Alzheimer's Disease and the contributions of caring individuals help ensure that we can continue to provide education and support services.
