Advanced Care Planning:
Advanced Care Planning (ACP) is a process of planning for a time when a person no longer has the mental capacity to make decisions about aspects of his/her care or treatment.

* 6 hour professional Sessions:

A shorter version of the Advance Care Planning Training Session is available for the general public.

Community Presentations:
The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce will provide presentations at no cost to the sponsoring agency on the following topics:

  • Myths & Facts about Senior Drivers
  • Safely Home™ Alzheimer Wandering Registry
  • Brain Health – How to Maintain It
