Mission Statement
The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce exists to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and to promote research.
Vision
- Persons with dementia and their caregivers will be offered information education and support services through the continuum of care
- Research will be promoted and supported and results will be shared with the community
- A variety of sources for sustainable funding will be available to meet the goals of the strategic plan
- The community will look to the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce as the primary source of education and information for ADRD
- Volunteers will achieve a meaningful sense of purpose and fulfillment with the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce in their volunteer role
- Enhanced services for clients and caregivers will be achieved through advocacy, collaboration and partnerships
- Professional and committed human resources will be available to meet evolving needs

Hope for Tomorrow
The Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce is a non-profit charitable
organization dedicated to helping people affected by Alzheimer's
disease or related dementias. In addition to providing programs
to the community we also support research through the Alzheimer
Society of Canada as well as the Centre for Research in
Neurodegenerative Diseases.

- Serves all of Grey and Bruce counties with a population of 150,000 and an area of 8,663 square kilometres (an area larger than Prince Edward Island)
- Twelve board members
- Volunteers assist with many aspects of the organization including board governance, programs, fund development and awareness as well as office assistance

- Approximately 250 volunteers
- Associated with the Alzheimer Society of Ontario (39 Chapters) and the Alzheimer Society of Canada
